Stall Holder Booking Form

All stallholders must complete this form to secure a site at the market.

You must complete and submit this booking before making any payment, including bank deposits.

Once your booking has been submitted, payment instructions will be provided:

• PayPal: Payment details will be displayed at the completion of your booking.
• Bank Deposit: Bank account details will be emailed to you after your booking form has been submitted.

Preferred Payment Method:
We prefer booking fee payments via PayPal; however, bank transfer is also available if required.

⚠️ If paying via bank deposit, please email the Market Coordinator once payment has been made so your booking can be confirmed.

Stall Size Selection

• Single Stall: 3m x 3m
• Double Stall: 3m x 6m

Registration Code Required

To complete your booking, you will need a registration code provided by the Market Coordinator.

Please note:

• Registration codes are case-sensitive.
• Bookings cannot be submitted without a valid registration code.
