    Stall Holder Booking Form

    Stall holders are required to use this form to secure their stall at the market.

    We PREFER your donation via PayPal, however we do list bank transfer details also.

    Should you not have any issues please ensure you reach out to the Market Coordinator, via Moe.EarthMarket@gmail.com for further assistance.

    Please select the type of stall that you require, after discussing this with the Market coordinator.
    Each single stall is 3x3m, and a double stall is 3x6m.

    You will require the registration code that the Market Coordinator has provided you with in order to complete your booking. This code is case sensitive, and you are unable to register without a code.

    By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions supplied to you via email.

    Beekeeping Field Day – Sunday, 1st March 2026!

    Join us for an exciting day dedicated to all things bees and beekeeping at 99 Saviges Road, Moe! From 10am to 3pm, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn from Gippsland’s three largest beekeeping clubs. Whether you're a seasoned beekeeper or just starting out, this day offers valuable insights into the world of beekeeping!

    Entry:

    • Adults: $10 each
    • Children 14 years old and under: Free (accompanied by a responsible adult - Children must not be left unattended.)

    What to Expect:

    • Stalls featuring: Pure honey, bee suits, hive equipment, sustainability products, plants, food & beverages, and more!
    • Hands-on Activities: Open hive demonstrations, lighting your smoker, understanding colony health, queen status, swarm control, winter pack downs, and more. Plus, expert demonstrations on removing and extracting honey!
    • Kids Program: Fun activities to learn about bees, along with chances to win great raffle prizes.
    • Special Presentations: Hear from a senior and experienced beekeepers, on Varroa Mite detection techniques, biosecurity inspections, and much more. Take home free leaflets and explore our observation hive!
    • To Observe Opening Hives: Beekeepers are required to bring your own freshly laundered bee suit & gloves.
