  Join us for a relaxed evening of beekeeping, conversation and spring preparation!

  This month, we’re holding a casual Spring Panel, giving members the opportunity to get together, chat about what’s happening in their hives, ask questions and share ideas as we head into the busy spring season.

  Whether you’re a brand-new beekeeper, still thinking about getting started, or have been keeping bees for years, come along and join the conversation. Bring along your questions, your experiences and anything you’re wondering about as you prepare your bees for spring.

  It’s a great chance to catch up with fellow beekeepers, learn from each other and enjoy a relaxed evening at the club.

  As always, please bring a plate to share for supper – it’s a lovely way to unwind, connect, and enjoy good company after the meeting.

  • Booking & Payment: Full payment is required before attending.
  • As hive openings depend on the weather, classes may lead to rescheduling.
  • Cancellation Policy: Can’t make it? Let us know at least seven business days before, and we’ll transfer you to another session within the current season (Oct–Mar). Note that change-of-mind cancellations forfeit any payment made.

  All stallholders must complete this form to secure a site at the market.

  You must complete and submit this booking before making any payment, including bank deposits.

  Once your booking has been submitted, payment instructions will be provided:

  • PayPal: Payment details will be displayed at the completion of your booking.
  • Bank Deposit: Bank account details will be emailed to you after your booking form has been submitted.

  Preferred Payment Method:
  We prefer booking fee payments via PayPal; however, bank transfer is also available if required.

  ⚠️ If paying via bank deposit, please email the Market Coordinator once payment has been made so your booking can be confirmed.
